Do you have experience working in a fast paced, varied and busy finance role within a small team? Are you looking to join a company that is going from strength to strength and who supports their employees? If so, apply now!
This position is hourly, and it attracts overtime. The average over the span of the year is about 2 hours overtime per week. Overtime pay is 1.5X the hourly rate. This translates to about 65k but it’s not guaranteed. It could be more or less depending on how Air Partner is doing volume wise.

• Assist with generating weekly reminders and monthly customer statements and work with the sales team to resolve payment issues
• Ensure currency requirements are met, with minimum exposure to currency risk
• Collaborate with the sales and trading teams on deals to ensure completeness of documentation and adherence to company financial controls
• Deposit checks and process credit card transactions, ensuring internal payment and compliance policies are followed
• Provide support to the Vice President of Finance on any projects as required
• Assist with office support functions as required including handling of mail and office supply procurement
• Manage a demanding workload and the associated pressures of working in a high-volume and often time-critical trading business
• Maintain high standards in all work and accuracy in the face of frequent interruptions
• Have the ability to work in a changing and time-sensitive environment
• Maintain a strong control environment
• Prepare accurate financial information within the requisite timescales (5 Workday close)
What we are looking for:
You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently and under pressure, to meet tight deadlines. You will also

• Have a “can do” attitude
• Be proficient in Microsoft office and have strong Excel skills
• Have the ability to clearly communicate and work well with team members of all seniority levels
• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
Experience working with an international customer base (both internally and externally) would be an advantage, as would experience using Microsoft Navision / Dynamics, although an ability to adapt to new systems if this is not the case, is important.
