The Share Portal contains a help centre full of useful information and answers to frequently asked questions, which can be accessed without needing to login first.

To access and view specific information on your shareholding you will need to login first. If you have forgotten your username or password then click on the forgotten username or password links.

New users will first need to register; you only need 3 pieces of information – your surname, postcode and investor code. Your investor code is a unique number that you will have received on previous communications from Link, such as share certificates or dividend tax confirmations.

Once you are logged in you will be able to self-service with ease.

Electronic communication
If you do not wish to receive paper copies of the Annual Report and other corporate documents, you can register your email address on the corporate portal maintained for us by Link Group so that we communicate with you electronically.

You will be notified by email when the Annual Report or other documents are available on the corporate website, you can appoint a proxy electronically so that your votes are counted at any general meetings and you can arrange to have dividend payments mandated so that dividends go straight into your bank account.

To register, log on to the corporate portal at and enter “Air Partner plc” in the “Company” box. You will need your investor code (IVC), which is printed at the top of your share certificate and on other documents such as dividend tax vouchers.

Once the Registrars have activated your account, you will be able to access details of your shareholding online at any time. We will not sell your email details or release them to any third party for marketing purposes.


Shareholders are recommended to complete a dividend mandate form so that dividends can be paid directly into a bank account.
