Geneva Airport, which was formerly and still unofficially known as Cointrin Airport, is located 4km and a 15-minute drive from the centre and is the second busiest airport in Switzerland. Operating at Geneva Airport is Jet Aviation’s FBO that offers three customer executive lounges, a fully equipped conference room and a meeting room. It is a very popular airport in the winter months as it is a key international hub for major ski resorts in the Swiss Alps. For ski trips, due to the higher demand, it may be recommended to fly to an alternative airport such as; Sion or Annecy.
