Aviation safety specialist Baines Simmons wins Feefo customer service award for third consecutive year

Leading aviation safety specialist Baines Simmons, part of the Air Partner Services division, has won the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service award for the third consecutive year following exceptional reviews of its training services by customers. The award recognises businesses that consistently deliver excellent customer experiences based on ratings by Feefo customers.

The Platinum Trusted Service award is the highest level of customer service awarded by Feefo and is only presented to businesses that have achieved the Gold standard award for three consecutive years. The Feefo Gold Trusted Service award recognises companies who have collected at least 50 Feefo reviews in a year and have achieved a service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.
