Career background and experience
Prior to joining Baines Simmons in 2019, Mike began his career in aircraft maintenance. Mike then undertook project management and operational management roles in the construction industry. Mike returned to aviation in 2011 and has assisted on numerous fixed and rotary wing flight deck human performance research projects, advised on human factors training and has extensively researched maintenance error.
